In response to health concerns about the spread of CORONA Virus – COVID 19 we wanted to write to you to provide you, our valued client with an update on our services and policies.
Rest assured that our REALTORS®, Property & Strata Managers, Management Team and our Staff are all working diligently behind the scenes to continue to provide the kind of services that you have come to rely upon and trust.
We wanted you to also know that even though our physical doors are closed to the public our Sales Associates continue to promote your listings for sale online and are following up promptly with all inquiries.
They also are continuing to help our Buyer clients find that perfect place, our Investor/Owners fill vacant rentals and work with service providers to maintain our large portfolio of strata and investment properties.
To do our part as good community citizens we have had to restrict some of our Face-to-Face dealings which has presented some challenges
We appreciate your patience as some things might take a little longer than you have come to expect from us.

ARE EVALUATED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS WITH CONSULTATION WITH OUR SELLER CLIENTS.
Your Designated Listing Agent has been asked to assess each request based need of our clients.
As always they will work to pre-qualify the Buyer, ensure that they are familiar with your property as well as assess the immediacy of the need of the Buyer.
Designated Listing Agents will discuss these showing requests with you, our Seller clients.
All decisions to not show a property will of course be respected because your priorities are our priorities!
Our Agents are still meeting with our Clients but only if it is absolutely necessary to have a Face-to-Face meeting 😊
as we have asked our RE/MAX professionals to meet with you virtually at this time if possible and to use pre-cautions if a Face-to-Face meeting is required.
Our Agents are the best in the business and are skilled in electronic communications and online marketing and promotions.
They may opt to send you documents that require your signature (price changes, status changes ect) electronically at this time.
